Whether you're brand new to the world of lash extensions or already have some experience, this program is unlike any other because we teach not only the technical skills you need to master classic, hybrid, volume, wet sets, and wispy sets—but we also give you all the tools to build a successful business and personal brand from day one.
What You’ll Learn:
Week 1: Lash Fundamentals
- Anatomy of the Eye & Lash Growth Cycle: Understand the natural lash cycle, eye anatomy, and how to assess different lash types for safe, effective extensions.
- Tools & Materials: Learn about the different types of lash extensions (classic, volume, hybrid), adhesives, tweezers, removers and other essentials.
- Sanitation & Safety: Master hygiene and safety protocols, including the use of proper sanitization techniques, and how to maintain a clean workspace to ensure a safe environment for you and your clients.
- Client Consultation: Know how to assess your clients’ eye shape, lash health, and determine what look suits them best while providing an exceptional client experience.
Week 2: Classic Lash Extensions
- Classic Lash Application: Learn the perfect one-to-one technique for classic lash extensions, covering everything from isolation, placement, to perfecting your retention.
- Mapping & Styling: Develop your skill in creating personalized lash maps and choosing the right curl, length, and thickness to match different eye shapes and desired looks.
- Practice & Live Models: Hands-on application on live models with direct feedback from us, ensuring you’re mastering the technique.
Week 3: Hybrid Lash Extensions
- Combining Classic & Volume: Understand how to mix classic and volume lashes to create a fuller, textured look that’s perfect for clients who want more volume but not full-on volume sets.
- Texturizing Techniques: Dive into different methods to texturize the lashes, how to layer them effectively, and how to tailor this look for different client needs.
- Live Model Application: You’ll work with live models to perfect the hybrid application and customize the lash look.
Week 4: Volume, Wet Sets & Wispy Sets
- Volume Lashes: Learn the art of creating soft, fluffy, and full volume lashes with custom hand made volume techniques, understanding lash weight, fan making, and proper isolation.
- Wet Set Technique: Create that fresh, just-washed look with wet sets, adding drama without sacrificing volume or retention. Understand how to create the wet lash look with perfect precision.
- Wispy Sets: Master how to achieve the ever-popular wispy, spiky lash look, playing with layers, lengths and curls to create depth and drama.
- Live Model Practice: Each technique will be practiced on mannequin or live models so you can fine-tune your skills and get real-time feedback.
Week 5: Content Creation & Social Media Mastery
- Building Your Lash Brand: Learn how to market your business effectively, create a unique brand, and get your name out there in a crowded market.
- Photography & Videography: Learn to capture the beauty of your work through photography and video. We’ll cover lighting, angles, and editing apps to make your work look professional online.
- Editing Techniques: Master the basics of photo and video editing to create high-quality, Instagram-worthy content that draws in new clients.
- Social Media Strategy: How to grow your social media following, create engaging posts, and even design a content calendar to keep your business consistent and visible.
Week 6: Business Building & Confidence Coaching
- Starting Your Lash Business the Right Way: Learn how to set up your lash business—everything from pricing to setting up an efficient booking system, customer communication, and how to handle payments and taxes.
- Client Retention Strategies: We’ll teach you how to keep your clients coming back, build a strong relationship with them, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Confidence Boosting: Becoming a lash artist is as much about self-confidence as it is about skill. We’ll teach you how to overcome any self-doubt, confidently build your client base, and stay on top of your game even as you grow.

UPON ENROLLMENT, WE WILL THEN GO OVER YOUR SCHEDULE
To enroll, please select your payment option, "Full Price" OR "Enrollment Fee". If paying only the enrollment fee, you must send full balance no less than 14 days before your class start date via Zelle or drop off cash in person.
Upon enrollment, you understand there are no refunds at all. If your balance is not paid when due, you forfeit your enrollment fee completely. Once class begins, if you stop coming at any point, you understand there are no refunds. If you cannot attend class, please let us know immediately. There are no "make up" days. We will let you know what you missed, and you will need to go over the information in your book at your own time.
